Gelly Roll Metallic pens produce a consistent ink flow on white and black papers and matte or glossy surfaces. Gelly Roll pens are waterproof, chemical proof, fade resistant and do not bleed through most papers. Not recommend for use on fabric. They also meet ACMI non-toxicity standards
