Golden gesso comes ready to use, but can be mixed with water for thinner applications with spray equipment. This gesso can be mixed with Golden acrylics to produce a range of colored grounds. When applied in three layers, gesso will perform on a wide variety of textured surfaces. The more layers of gesso, the smoother the surface becomes.
